Doogler is an employee referral job portal for India. It connects job seekers with verified employees at companies who can refer them, and also offers job search and an AI mock interview tool to help you prepare.
Is Doogler free to use?
Our core job search features are free. Creating an account and requesting referrals does not cost anything. Some advanced features may have different access rules, which are shown inside the product.
Which cities and companies does Doogler cover?
Doogler lists jobs across India, with strong coverage in Bangalore, Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad. See our city guide for what each market offers.

What is an employee referral?
A referral is when a current employee recommends you for a role, usually by submitting your resume through the company's internal system. Referred resumes are often reviewed sooner than cold applications. Read the full explanation in How to Get a Job Referral in India.
Does a referral guarantee a job?
No. A referral improves your chances of being noticed and getting an interview, but you still need to clear the hiring process like every other candidate.
How do I request a referral on Doogler?
Create a free account, complete your profile, browse roles and request a referral from the verified employee who posted the opening. Make sure your resume is current. Our resume tips can help.
Can freshers get referrals?
Yes. Many referrers are happy to help freshers with a clear target role and a focused resume. See the fresher jobs guide.
Should I pay for a referral?
Never. Legitimate referral bonuses are paid by employers to their employees. If anyone asks you for money in exchange for a referral or job, do not pay and report it to help@doogler.in.

Do referrers get paid by Doogler?
No. Any referral bonus comes from your employer according to its policy. Doogler does not charge or pay for referrals.
